It's obviously a uniform skirt, but where I go there aren't uniforms. Weird, a little too kinky, unremarkable or attractive? I don't want to look too "school-girley" so I'd pair it with a t-shirt or sweater. I'm aiming for the ordinary/attractive/unremarkable side of the spectrum, but opinions?
