okay so i have an essay for american government class and we have to do several drafts and eventually come up with a final error free copy. my court case i chose was grutter v. bollinger in 2003. (it has to do with whether or not universities should use race as a factor for admissions)
well my essay is about how the final rulling for the grutter v. bollinger case has a negative influence on the american society. my reasons are... it violates the the 14th amendment of the U.S Constitution, uses affirmative action & i need a third one b/c my teacher said it would be hard to prove that it promotes the idea of segregation. soo pleasee -- anyone hav any ideas i could write about saying why the ruling of this case had a negative impact on society?????
