C Craig New member Sep 17, 2009 #3 Total waste. Right now, you should be i7-940. Asus P6T, GTX 280, 12 GB DDR3 RAM, and a raptor, or SSD for a Windows Boot drive. Also, what I just said cost $999. It's a machine with about 27% more capability in the processing sector alone.

A Anatol Kuragin New member Sep 17, 2009 #5 8 GB ram? Usless to get so much ram. And your video card is underpowered. You need to get lesser RAM (4 GB maximum) and a 1.5 GB video card. Everything else is fine.
