Hello,Its my mom she is 61 yrs old she has constant nauses and cant keep any liquids down this has been like this foer awhile now she is always nause and now its getting worse she is always in the hospital they just give her pain medicine,nauses pills,antibiotics, they finally gave her the test with the camera to look inside the stomache the only thing that showed wasthat she has high hernia something cant remember the word as she is vomiting at the hospital they send her home.I gave her some cola syrup but that didnt stay down i dont know what to do i had her liver tested that was normal maybe its her kidney she has had a kidney infection for 2 yrs thats right 2 yrs . If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions for my mom i would be so thankful .Thankyou all for listening to me.Alwayswithme

How are your mom's blood sugar levels? Has she been tested an hour after starting a meal (postprandial), two hours, eight hours?
Is she overweight?
What are her cholesterol and triglycerides levels?
What type of diet is she on? How many calories per meal, how many calories per day?
Does she eat a balanced diet of proteins, fats and carbs?
Does she do daily physical exercise? Exercise, all by itself, is a great healer! Pills, all by themselves, can't do the job alone.
You have said that she has problems keeping food down. She might have to make significant changes to her diet, in order to calm down her digestive system.
Is she under a lot of stress lately?
Is she overweight?

Hello, my mom has had her blood tested sometimes her blood pressure goes up and down, but everytime we do a test it comes back normal my mom cant eat she is underweight from not eating,my mom doesnt even get out of bed she is like a vegetable she says all the time im to weak and nauses i feel like passing out now she is vomitting.the only exercise she gets is going to the bathroom,she says i have to lie down im very weak and nauses around the clock.they just did the camera down the throat yesterday and the results came back she has hiatal hernia so now they have her on antibiotics.Did you ever here of gerd do you think she could have that?Or maybe its her kidneys every time she is at the hospital the urine sample comes back with kidney infection for 2 yrs never goes away.i dont know any more i have tried everything Sir i even had her liver tested from a dr in ny from mount sinia hospital that also came back normal.I hope with this imformation maybe you have some thoughts for me Thank you Alwayswithme
I can't believe that, with all the blood work done on your mother, that they didn't test her blood sugar or cholesterol levels.
Not that there is much I could offer, anyway. I am just a fellow patient, with major health problems of my own, and limited medical knowledge. I was just thinking that her metabolism, or hormones, might be out of balance, causing some of her problems. Out of balance blood sugar levels can cause all kinds of damage to one's kidneys, liver, heart, glands, nerves, etc.
