I use this chat script in php ajax ( 4shared.com/file/cerJMQ7L/xchat_511.htm ), in which the user can only be banished by a vote of the other participants. And I would have an administrative system to moderate and remove in chat with the option to banning by ip or NICK. If any expert programmer has this gentleness and modify this script. and to post free for download on 4shared with the installation file included.
