Please read this! Verizon workers/customers, or if you know a lot!?

I have an EnV Touch. I just got it, maybe March 28th-ish... I dropped it in the toilet tonight... It's in rice right now... and I do have insurance.
My question is... Does Verizon Wireless insurance cover water damage? And if I was to get a new phone, would I have to pay anything for it?
Please answer ASAP :(
