I was active seriously this whole week end (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) (I went on vacation)
I played tennis, I was jogging, swimming, and I was walking EVERYWHERE
I barely sat down
Sunday night my shins were starting to hurt.. My mom said it was shin splits from jogging and walking so much. also my hamstrings hurt every time I sat on them..But that didn't stop me from exercising.
So I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 50 squats along with some donkey kicks and situps..
today I'm so exhausted.. I feel like I ate very little and I don't know if I should exercise on the elliptical tonight.. I DID have a 1hr 40min ballet class tonight.. I was trying to not faint cause I was so tired..My leg muscles don't hurt as bad as they did yesterday..but they still do hurt when I move
I guess what I'm asking is..should I exercise tonight again? or maybe work on my arms and abs and give my legs a rest? or just skip it all together?
I dont wanna overwork my body.. but then again I dont wanna take too long of a rest and start losing muscle and motivation... What should I do tonight?
