Why it’s forever raining,
People are complaining,

What’s happened to our summer, it’s an absolute crime?
It’s raining, it’s pouring,
The thunder is roaring,
It’s getting quite boring,
It’s raining, it’s raining, it’s raining everywhere,
A day without rain is remarkably rare.
It’s hammering down,
Flooding the town,
Like rats we all drown,
It’s raining, it’s raining, it’s raining cats and dogs,
The only things I get to wear are my wet weather togs.
