It's called "Azure". Muchas gracias for reviewing! <3
The sunlight beams throughout the grand room,
Reflecting off the vibrant sky.
She can't help but notice the color of azure,
And how it insists she remember his eyes.
The balloons that are released from the child's small hands
Fly in the direction of the sun.
It reminds her of their once strong love,
Which had floated away, left shunned.
The frogs that chant their nighttime song
Stare at her, questioning her choice
In losing her time in their usual tune,
Which awakened the memories of his voice.
The elevator on which she was standing upon
Summoned to mind his decisions.
Moving back and forth, never knowing where they're headed,
Yet complete in their goal of precision.
The stars in the sky only prove to succeed
In reminding her of his smile.
Wide, vast, nothing ever to be hidden,
With secrets beyond it all the while.
The owls and coyotes seem to all celebrate
In enjoyment, as she chooses the road
That leads her to where she had once belonged-
And realizes without it, her life slowed.
The features of his face hit all her all much too hard,
Yet she cannot say she objects.
She realizes the truth she has always thirsted for-
Embrace imperfection; never try to perfect.
The sunlight beams throughout the grand room,
Reflecting off the vibrant sky.
She can't help but notice the color of azure,
And smiles when she remembers his eyes.
