After 4 months I still have some chest pressure/ache (right behind my sternum and sometimes a bit to the right). When it's strong, I feel it all the way through to my back and in-between my shoulder blades, but it's nothing like it was several months ago. I never did have wheezing, but when the LPR was at its worst, I did have a bit of trouble catching my breath at times. I honestly don't know if that was because the LPR was affecting my lungs or because I was quite anxious at the time; in any case, I'm just glad THAT'S gone. My mouth and throat pain are all but gone and things feel relatively normal from my mid-chest and up. As for sleeping, yes, I generally sleep a little elevated when I'm on my back, but I also roll around at night to my side and stomach, so the elevation doesn't work great for me. I do have a wedge pillow and think it works well, but I only use it maybe 20% of the time.
