When I was 25 I started getting a twinge in my lower right abdomen. This increased over the years to include bleeding (black tar stools) and fresh blood. The pain increased from mild annoyance to crippling 3 day flareups now at 41. When it flares up I am unable to leave my bed for the whole of the time other than to use the restroom. At the age of 36 I had my heart attack and have 7 altogether to date and have severe tinitis in both ears. tests have shown that I have inflamation in the bowel and enlarged pancreas, liver, and gallblader. Often times of a morning I wake up with severe back pain that requires my wife to massage my lower back for 20-30 minutes before I can exit my bed. To top it all off I've begun getting that same burning/tearing sensation in my right forearm over the last 4-6 weeks. For the symptoms the doctors say I'm fine. (ok....) For the crippling pain I'm told these exact words by my latest doctor... "You're young. Tough it out." My wife has made me go to so many doctors, I have stopped counting. At some point most doctors quit practicing medicine and began practicing only pharmacology in my opinion. But even then the only medicines I'm on now are Plavix and Alprazolam for stress. For pain? nothing. They don't offer and have no intention on it regardless of the crippling pain and I'm not going to beg for it honestly.
I just want to know what's wrong. I'm getting tired of hurting. I've shattered all my teeth in my sleep from clenching my jaws subconciously. Please help. The abdominal pain is the worst. It's so bad I've considered doing an exploratory upon myself. (I won't don't worry) Any ideas?

P.S. I've had sever psoriasis since I was a teenager also if that helps any.
