please need help in PHP?

i use Gavick News Show Pro its tab module based on php/css that enable me to add multi tab but i if had alot of tabs and allot of contents in those tabs the web page will take long time to load so i wanna make one page load and if i press the next tap the next tab will load so that will reduce load time
so how i can do that

for the particular tab, instead of content, load an <iframe> that pulls in information from another page
