Ok i went threw bankruptcy 2 years ago with no foreclosure or repo just medical bills. it has been dismissed. Ok now so i am self employed i write off pretty much everything. i am wondering can i use bank statements and a letter from my current land lord who is a Realtor to prove that i can afford monthly payments of 1350 a month. because my tax returns don't show this please helpp
