Please help!

think I have trapped wind but I have been feeling it for almost 3 weeks now. It is like there is something trapped in my sternum I can feel. I have been taking rennie & gaviscon as antaciRAB to try and clear the problem but can still feel it.

The problem is it's causing my heart problems as I can sometimes feel it flutter which concerns me. It is a constant unease I feel and am very conscious of my heartbeat, not so much pain but just uneasiness. I have woken up in the night with my heart hammering.

I hope it's not part of a bigger problem but think it is just trapped wind. It helps when I burp out but am constantly trying to burp with nothing coming out which makes me just feel worse! Please help!
 
i also have air trapped in my stomach and chest,i was told my hiatal hernia can cause this,i,ve had it foe 3 or 4 months only time it went away was after my scope when they suck the air out it was back the next day,so far nothing has helped.my stomach is distorted and bloated severly,it anything helps you please let me know
 
Do you think that maybe your acid reflux meRAB are causing you heart palpatations?? I think mine are. I did a test on myself and went off of them for almost 2 weeks. The palpatations stopped. Now I went back on them for the past 5 days and I have had some fluttering and palpatations. I think it is possible. I hate the side effects.
