Can anyone please give me some tips on this? I am 28 years old and for the past 5 years i keep getting really hard lumps on my face,big spots. They willgo away for a while but always come back.Starting to get so down over this. At the mainute i have 3 on my cheek and a big lump on my forehead,they keep coming and going this last 3 weeks,new ones keep popping up.Has anyone any ideas why this keep happening??????
