please help

so about a week ago I wasnt feeling very good I went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night I opened my eyes and I couldn't see anything. I reached up and felt my eyes and they were full of mucus? I started to wipe the stuff out of my eyes so I could see and went to the bathroom mirror and my eyes were both red and glazed over. My throat was killing me and my nose was stuffed.

This has continued for about the last 5-6 days. I have had people tell me its just allergy's so I bought a bunch of allergy and sinus meds, that did NOTHING. some people tell me its pink eye, some say I have strep throat. I think its something else.

I went to an urgent care center today and they want 200 dollars JUST to talk to me.... I said no and left.

PLEASE HELP ME! once again my symptoms are, soar throat ( some times bleeding) sinus conjestion, and mucus in BOTH eyes so bad that I cant see!
 
Could be allergies or some kind of infection. It's really hard to say for sure. If it is allergies, once the symptoms start, it can take as long as a week for the medicine to work on them.

Do you have a fever? Tired, achy, anything like that? If so, likely to be an infection of some kind, either cold or something else.
 
no fever, not tired, not really any aches besides throat. I am pretty sure it has something to do with my eyes, I cant find any illness that combines red irritated eyes, sinus congestion, and sore throat all together.
 
Do you have a fever? Any achy joints? Nausea? Vomiting?

I do believe all your symptoms are connected. It sounds like you have conjunctivitis (pink eye). You must have had an upper respiratory tract infection (pharynx, nose, sinus) that spread to your eye. You probably were rubbing your nose/blowing your nose and then rubbed your eye. Most likely this will all go away, as the most common cause of pink eye/upper respiratory tract infection is viral (Adenovirus) .. however, there are many pathogens that can cause major problems. Would you say it has gotten worse and worse every day? Or is it at all better today?? Definitely see if you have a fever. Do you have any other symptoms? vomiting, nausea, diarrhea? coughing up mucus? sores on lips/mouth? headache?
 
this sounds like it could be it! but good news!!! I woke up this morning and I had little to no discharge around the eyes! I looked in the mirror and it looks like the redness is going away!! I feel a lot better this morning.

Hi. You have conjunctivital adenovirus. Our nanny got it. My baby had it. I got it. Two year later, my baby is getting it again. Red eyes, Watery mucus. Hell of a sore throat that does not want to dissipate like normal flu does. Bad fever for longer than normal. Good luck, it is very uncomfortable. My son was on a drip for three days in hospital because he stopped taking in fluids.
