Please help with PHP?

I'm wanting to make a simple Bebo app, along the lines of the tutorial from: http://www.thoughtlabs.com/2008/05/08/how-to-create-a-bebo-application-using-php-5/

The Idea of the app is to just run a simple background mp3 file, which I have successfully hosted: here: http://bludderz.webng.com/aaron.html

Now I'm stuck after what to do from here, I have the callback URL to where the mp3 file is located (above) etc,
How do I go about completing the app, so this music will play on my profile?
