Please help with my beta fish?

my beta fish has lived for like2 years and starting today she has been trying to swim to the bottom of her tank and she just floats to the top what is wrong and what can i do? could she be dying? Please help me thanks:)
 
She could be dying.. They are only supposed to live up to a year, and I myself have 1 and a tank of about 15 fish and I had a fish who did that and it died. It could be getting tired. I am so sorry.. :(
