currently: 15, vegetarian (2 years and a proper vego i DONT eat meat). healthy weight - BMI 21.
Background:
It started over a yr ago (i was 13), I wanted to loose weight. I started to run, every night no exceptions 4-5km (2.5 - 3 miles). after over 6 months of that I was on a sturdy healthy weight and had lost 10 kg (22pounds). I had stopped loosing weight. I started to run 8-10km (about 5-6 miles) every day but I still didn't loose weight (I lost fat and gained muscle but no weight loss). lack of time caused me to stop running and find an alternative - bulimia. I wouldn't eat much during the day then at night i would binge and throw it all up. anyway, that stopped and I was doing little exercise and eating a lot (not chucking afterward), I gained about 2kg (4.4 pounds).
I am trying to get back on top of things now, but I get a bit dizzy and stumble when I run (not particularly bad though), and during the day at odd times as well. After I exercise I feel the need to vomit and have held off until tonight when I couldn't help it (it was the first time in over 2 months).
-I drink a lot of water
-probably don't get enough ironand protein
does anyone have suggestions for diets (not go on a diet but healthy foods diet type-thing..)?
do iron tablets work? are there any side affects?
any comments of suggestions?
I just need help getting everything back together.
