please help with email on debranded k790a

Hi everyone, when i first got my phone (~4 weeks ago), I had the email client on the k790a checking my POP email with no problems.
Since then, I've debranded the phone with firmware R1KG001 and haven't been able to get the email working. The browser works fine, but the email doesn't work.
Are there settings that might have changed? I've gone through the DATA and Internet access options and made profiles with settings I've found on the web.
Does anyone have their debranded k790a working with the email client? If so, could you please post your settings (both the Internet and Data settings, and the email settings)

I could be incorrect on this one but if memory serves me correctly all the settings you need to access and use rogers data network for the k790 can be found on the sony website.

Somewhere on there you have the option to forward settings to your phone. If not tech support through customer service can forward you settings, but they get them from the same place
