I am in dire need of help do my computer. I have to access yahoo thru my itouch because none of my computers are working right now. I made the stupid mistake of opening points2share.com and instantly my comp was filled with viruses and worms. I have webroot spy sweeper with antivirus and performed a full sweep and all it did was inform me that infact, I do have viruses! I don't have any other software to cure this problem and my computer was constantly notifying me that one of the worms was trying to send some of my credit card info somewhere else. PlEASE I really need help I'm scared and dot know what to do. When I restarted my comp, all of the icons on my desktop vanished and I can't open anything. Helpp!!
I forgot to Add the fact that I'm only a kid and don't have access to a car to go to best buy so yeah. It's a practically new computer because my family got in November. Throwing it away isn't an option.
