W whowould Guest Apr 27, 2009 #2 Yes. it can make NADPH in photosystem I. and ATPs in the ATP sythease Hydrogen Pump.The Calvin cycle makes sugars using the NADPHs and ATPs. It doesnt make ATPs like mitochondrias though. But they both are capable of making ATPs.
