Alright so I got my wisdom teeth out 6 days ago. And about two days ago i thought i saw food hanging down from the top, so i ripped it off then i realized it was the skin covering my wound, now theres a big hole there. I had all 4 removed and theres no holes on them except for the one with the ripped skin. Now its starting to hurt, what should i do?
