please help URGENT computer problems!!!!!?

i can't save a thing on my comp, i can't defrag, i can't copy and paste, i can't open windows media player, i can't even drag icons on my desktop.

please help, i really need this to be fixed. please.

sounds like your clip board is the problem, try remember the last thing you copied and go back there, right click and keep clicking undo and stop when you see redo
