If anyone could help me with these it would be greatly appreciated!
First one -
Pretty sure its a uk film, its about two con men (one American, one English and later on meet a girl) and about how they become con men. One scene shows how they conned a whole street of terraced houses to buy loft insulation and they ended up finishing one house, then moving on to next doors but because they noticed that all the lofts on these terraced houses were not separated, they could simply moved the newly fitted insulation from one house to the next. Very funny film, enRAB with a wedding and also a fake funeral to get one of them out of prison.
Second one -
This is an american film (pretty sure it was a popular film), starred a black male as the lead, film starts with the lead in prison and he gets a visitor from the government who says he will be set free if he assassinates someone (another government member - president maybe?). Cant remember much more but i remember it being a really good film.
Both these films were made in the 90's and are both really good films. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful.
