okay this is going to be hard to answer so i can understand if i get partial answers 'cause this is more than one question.

I'm hoping to accomplish self improvement because I'm not very happy with the way I've been living my life. Here is a list of things i could use advice on improving:
1. I want to stop cussing or swearing whatever you want to call it. I say bad words way too much and and I'm not even allowed to. I've been trying to quit but every time i slip and accidentally say one I get upset and say another one. Does anyone have a method that works to quit?
2. I want to become less shy, and more outgoing. How can I accomplish this?
3. I want to loose my attitude.
4. I want to study but I'm too easily distracted. Does anyone have a study method that works for them?
5. I want to lose 4-5 pounds without completely cutting out carbs.
6. I want to stop biting my nails.
7. I want to be a better person, follow rules.
