Reminder tone problems. Model 6555b. Have all birthday and other note reminders set to go off at 9:00 am. None of them go off at that time. They go off precisely at midnight, 15 hours later!!!! Not what I call a big help in rembering a reminder. Have restored factory phone settings and it does not solve the problem. Any suggestions other then running over it with a truck? Thanks for ANY help
