please ...help needed with my cellphone?

Hi I need some help I have a phone the motorola from verizon and recorede some videos of my own using the camera provided last night. However when I went back to look at them there is a picture of a video camera with a green background instead of a scene of what I recorded. Also when I tried to play it there is nothing showing up even though it has 30 seconds of playing time. It is not only this but several. I have about 20 videos each 35 seconds on there is that perhaps the reason why my video camera on my phone is not working??

well, how old is your phone, if its old, then there you go, get a new phone...because old ones are really lame, and will break easily,...its time to upgrade

but if its new, then go to a motorola place/store, show them the problem, and if you have a warrenty get a new one, if not then DARN
