Is there ANYWAY to get my photos off my blackberry pearl w/o a media card? I can't afford one right now and my phone is just sooo sooo slow because it's full. I don't want to lose my pictures, but I can't take waiting 30sec to open a e-mail everytime! Thank you!

I don't have any idea how to do the blue tooth thing... my computer is blue tooth capable I believe- its a new mac. Do I need an ear piece to do this? Really know nothing about blue-tooth... clearly!
I do have a USB cord to hook my phone up to my mac to sync the address book and calendar... but I can't figure out how to access the photos.
