Please help! My T3 crashed and won't turn off

Anybody out there I need help please!!!!

My T3 crashes while I'm listening to MP3. I tried the hard reset. As usual, the screen went blank and the "Palm powered" logo appears but that's it!! The logo just "freezed" on the screen. I can't even turn my unit off. I tried to reset again and again but same thing happens everytime.

Please help!!!! I'm freaking out. I'm from Philippines and immediate technical support for this thing is hard to come by.


My T3 is just a few months old and although it crashes few other times but not like this.
 
Call PalmOne Customer Service from a PLDT phone: 1800-10888-7256. Someone from Singapore will answer (it's free).

They will give you proper instructions, and will even arrange to replace your unit if necessary. Have your unit on hand because they will ask for your serial number.

I am also from the Philippines, and I have tried their service. I was very very satisfied with their actions.

Thanks a lot for your reply. My unit is okay now. What I did is simultaneously pressed both the reset button and the switch and voila it worked!!! :-)


The contact number you gave me will be of great help someday. So I saved it for future reference.
