Please help my saltwater fish?

Okay I've had th fish in my salt water tank for almost four years and now it is starting to change color. It used to be a gorgeous silver fish with a yellow tail. He is now covered with what seems to be a thin dark grey layer of scum. His overall body functions have slowed down as well. He used to jump up to get his food and swim with such exhilaration. Now he just stays in the same place. Please help!!
 
Get some medicine, such as Mardel's Maroxy or Maracide, available at most pet stores. Or, just change the water completely. And color changing is normal in some fish, but when the body functions change, you need to seek treatment.
