im under 16 and i need to know is it legal for me to ride a gas/battery powered mini motorcycle not one of those really small ones like a medium sized one, not on the road but in the residential areas like in my neighborhood, also i will wear a helmet and everything so dont try to say its illegal without helmets and pads because i know also could i please have a reliable source?
