I'm having trouble with this problem and my answer doesn't match the answer choices...

(this problem deals with a square root box but since I can't use a square root box on here I'll just use / so when you see / then I'm referring to a square root box)

Here's the problem...

Simplify the radical expression...

/ x ^3 y ^8

Here's the answer choices...

A.) xy ^4

B.) x ^2 y ^4 /x

C.) y^2 /x ^3

D.) xy ^4 /x

(just so you know ^ means to the ___ power...so if I say 4^3 it means 4 to the 3rd power)
