Please help me with Photoshop!?

Hi, I need to edit my picture. I wanna do three things that can't be noticed by the viewers of my photos. Please specify which Photoshop tool I need to use to do the following:

1. Change the hair color (it was actually a wig)

2. Trim the wig. I need to remove in the picture the area of the wig that extends downward beyond the ears because it makes me look like a girl.

3. Remove acne marks and scars

1) Mask the hair to isolate it, then change the color with the Hue/Saturation tool (Ctl-U)
2) Clone Stamp the area of the bad hair, from a similar background you want to substitute it for.
3) Healing Brush - do the same as 2, find some smooth skin and 'heal' the acne.
