Please Help me with my Flash drive! (easy 10pts) What do I do?

Ok...I just bought this flash drive from staples. Its a USB flash drive from HP. I made a power point presentation and saved it on the flash drive. I followed All the instructions!!! I took the flash drive out and put It back it. I prompt me with a folder and I accesed the power point. So just to be sure a put it in my neighbor's comp. and it didn't work. She has powerpoint (the same version as mine) and vista! It wont work! It says there is a problem with the folder. I NEED this for a project tom PLEASE HELP ME! what can I do??? BTW-- I installed all the drivers so thats not the problem! THAnks SO MUCH for ur Help!!!!
 
*sigh* you click and drag the powerpoint into the flash drive...As in you click the powerpoint file, hold the mouse...and drag it to the picture of a flash drive...

right click your file
send to
select compressed zip

and next time install an anti virus
 
Save the file directly to the flash drive.

So in Powerpoint,
1.) Open your document
2.) Click the circle in the top right
3.) Hit the "Save As" button
4.) On the left of the save as menu, click on "Computer"
5.) Scroll down until you see your Jump Drive, then click it.
6.) Save directly into this file.

Simple as that!
