please help me with HTML frames for myspace, I couldn't be more frusterated!?

So Im new to this whole HTML thing. but I like where on peoples pages they have the white background with the blue interest boxes and orange comment boxes and what not,

I believe theyre called HTML frames? buut not sure:/
Ive been at this for atleast 5 hours!!
I cant find a website with them anywhere!

The ones I have gone to are too complicated and dont even make any sense ;
I just need a site/link that has that frame code.

please help!
