Please help me to unlock my S46?

Yesterday I bought this phone from a lady and when I put my Cingular SIM cart on the display I saw "Wrong SIM Please insert AWS SIM card" and when I put AT&T card from my friend also ask "Phone code". I try to find calculator but no result. I don`t have a cable becouse I am now in USA, not in my home country! Please help me!

My friend u can't unlock it with codes so take it to the nearest phone store where unlocking facity is available.

Now I have a data cable, can you send me the salution for S46, i try with Martech_siemes_tool_39_cracked! - no result !
