I used to have disordered eating, I would starve, binge then purge by running. I have been free from my problem for three months and my summer was absolutely amazing. It is startign to come back now only not as drastic becasue I gained 10 pounds over the summer. I ma a competitive gymnast therefore I have to be skinny, I wear a leotard every single day basically. Today I got up adn wokred out for a little then had a healhty breakfast and a healhty lunch and then I binged. i am so upset and ahsamed and I have practice later and I feel huge. What should I do I don't think its right to make myself throw up or run but I dont know waht to do and how do I stop this?
