Please help me, please

I went to the doctors and he said it looks like herpes. I got several blood tests ran and will get the full results tomorrow, but I think the doctor is right. I showed him the sores, and they hurt very bad.

I am in severe pain when I go to the bathroom, both ways. The doctor told me herpes can cause a burning feel when you urinate.

When I go to the bathroom and go "nuraber 2" (shit) It hurts so bad and I see blood in the toilet. I am so scared because the doctor did not mention that.

I try holding it in when I need to go to the bathroom out either end, because it is so painful and I have cryed every day and night since I have been to the doctors office.

Please someone help me. I am so scared not only because I might have herpes but why am I basically shitting BLOOD. It hurts so bad and theres even blood when I wipe.
 
I am sorry you're going through this.

If your results do come back as herpes, you'll be able to take medication to minimize future outbreaks. Also know that the first outbreak is usually the worst. So it won't always be this way. Some people even have future outbreaks very rarely or seemingly never again.

I know it's very difficult because of the pain, but try not to hold it in when you go to the bathroom, because this can cause constipation, and then it will hurt even more. Try to calm down, relax, count your breaths and breath slowly. The bleeding is probably temporary due to what you're going through, but mention it to the doctor when you go back for your results. (Edit: This is assuming it gets better. If it gets worse, go back to the doctor or urgent care/hospital. But try to relax. Take a bath and see if it gets better. It could be from having open lesions that will heal. Or call the doctor's office and ask them if this is a normal symptom.)

I've read many accounts of people having a herpes outbreak, and unfortunately, it can be really painful in the beginning. :(

I hope you start to feel better. You could also post on the board for Herpes and talk to others who have this.
 
Look, what is going to happen will happen. If you have herpes then you have herpes. Be strong. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. There are many treatments for herpes. Outbreaks can be completely controlled, even non existant. Most of the population has some form of Herpes.

Take some tylenol, benedryl... relieve the pain and go to sleep. You cannot do something about what you cannot control.
 
Thank you pfe. Your reply was the sympathy I was hoping to hear towarRAB my unfortunate happening. I have not told anyone about this other than my mom and probably never will unless it is a sexual partner. I know I will miss being able to feel great about my body and Denicalis, you are right about me having to deal with this.

I am also wondering if there is anyone reading this that has had pain in the anus, when taking the bathroom - from herpes. I have never had male to male sex, but my ex-girlfriend has given me oral sex and licked my booty around the area it seems to hurt when I use the bathroom. I know some people might find the descriptive detail about my issue unpleasant but I am trying to word it the best way. I am only 19 years old and this sucks.
 
The blood during a bowel movement is most likely hemmorhoiRAB (sp) and should not be a huge issue...so please, don't get upset about that....it's very common. Just mention it to the doctor when you go back. Hope all turns out well.
