Please help me out with my illness?

For the past five days I have been sick with a fever, sore/stiff neck, headache, and sore throat and very tired even though ive been resting. Everday, Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. and Fri. my temp has reached at least 103.1, once reaching 103.4 and 103.6. Right now it is at 103.0. I fainted on Tuesday as well. I went to the doctors but he was not helpful at all. He gave me a shot to bring my temp down but its been over 48 hrs and my temp has not gone back to normal.im also on antibiotics. What is wrong?? Im an 18 yr old female and weight about 112 - 113 and am 5 ft 3
 
I would say strep throat or mononucleosis. Antibiotics can SOMETIMES give you a rash if you have Mono. Most cases of strep throat are viral, so antibiotics do not help them either. You could even have both infections. They commonly travel together. The most well known symptoms of Mono are fever, sore throat, painful glands in neck, and extreme fatigue. You should ask your doctor for a throat culture and a Mono spot test.
