Well my whole life I was active and healthy, I was also blessed with a really good metabolism so I always stayed super thin until about 3 years ago. I stopped being active and ate bad food and gained tons of weight. Since I was super skinny to start with ppl dont realize I gained weight because I jsut look avergae healthy weight now but I know it is just extra fat I'm carrying around. I started eating healthy again but I dont know how much weight I should lose. I'm 5'7 , 16 years old female, and 140lbs. I'm thinking getting down to 120-125 but I dont know how much weight I put on in the beginning so i don't know how much to lose. It's more about measurements too so I do ab workouts and pilates but I still want to eat healty since I'm still growing and want to get taller. I already lost 10 lbs from 150 to 140 by eating healthy and a bit of cardio. Can you help me with what type of foods I should eat, how many calories, and what excercises to do. Specifically targeting the thighs area because that is my problem area. Also is hiit the best cardio along with jogging?
