Please help me decide if the Nokia 5310 is the phone for me

ok so its been quite a long time since ive gotten a new phone(lg chocolate:flamemad:), and since my ipod just broke i figured that it was time to get a good mp3 player phone

Now this looks within my price range but i was just wondering a few things before i bought it:

how is the sound quality from the music player?
is the phone built well?
can you download free games/themes from the internet and put it on the phone? If so how?
I heard the battery life for this phone is pretty bad, if i listen to music for about 2-3 hours a day, how long can i expect this to last me before it needs a charge?

Here are some things that you may wanna consider

Pros: Slim, Lightweight, Dedicated music keys, good sound quality, FM radio and 2 MP camera.

Cons: Battery life is below ave and No 3G
