please help me , am dying slowly

i am 23 years old, male. It all started around june with a boil under my armpit, i ve never had boil before so i knew something wasnt ok. After then i fell terribly sick. But now am stil not ok. These are the symptoms i ve . Loss of weight and appetite, yellow urine since june, sudden shaking of my body part and muscle, pain in the upper left chest. Different part of my body shaking at different time, pinching sensation. Pls help
 
yes because i went for a blood test and my white blood cell counts is 2940. I dont know what this means
 
Have you seen a doctor? Your symptoms sound rather serious. If it were me, I'd go to the doctor pronto and ask for a full workup.
 
A white cell count like that means that you are fighting something-which could be both the typhoid and malaria. That is one of the things that doctors use to diagnose issues. I would stick with the diagnosis that your doctor gave you and wait and see if you don't get better with the meRAB that he prescribes, that is your best path to follow. It takes time to get ride of diseases like that. They don't disappear overnight(but it sure would be nice if they did!)
 
i have but he only treating me for typhoid and malaria since because he said thats what he saw in my blood test

Well, those are both serious diseases and to have them both would make you quite ill.

Why do you think you have something else?
