About 2months ago I had a CT scan and found out I had a 3.5mm kidney stone in right kidney. I'm a full time live-in caregiver so I'm on the move from 7am-9pm constantly with discomfort. I have a condition called medullary sponge kidney where I guess I'm bound to easily get UTIs or stones but usually not till about 30years old. I just turned 20! I always have occasional pain in right kidney expecially when moving a lot, and nausea, more so in the AM. But I've been ignoring it to keep working, or trying. Now I have a more rare pain feels like in urethra ? Its a sharp pain I'm just laying here hella scared it'll only get worse and I have no1 to take me to the ER. Is this my stone passing through? And what part? I pee often but for like 2months now. I don't drink btw. My boss is a nurse but doesn't act like this is serious at all so I keep working, should I take a break till it passes?
