Please help if you know about Honda Accords?

I have a 1995 Honda Accord LX 2.2L! My Honda has been like bogging down to the point it sounds like it is going to die! Which does happen sometimes when I drive in reverse! It sounds and feels horrible! Its been eating up all my gas litterally! Okay some people say its the spark plugs need changing, some say its the cadellic converter, and I think it might be the cheap ass APC intake I have on it! Which the last APC intake I had one it worked amazing, and then I went to buy a replacement filter and then things started slowly going bad after that point! But it could have just been all in the timing you know? But I dont have all the money to go get it checked out! So Im hoping for someone who knows a lil somem somem! But when I went to change the spark plugs today they were BURNT, but I havent drove it yet because on of the wires were broke so i have to take it back and get another one! The old ones are broken! (metal piece fell out when I was changing them) So I mean I dont think it is all the spark plugs but then again I could be wrong! The car seemed to bad though but then again its been doing it for like 2 months! I just thought it was the cadellic converter so I keeped driving it til someone told me diff. like I said. I gave that a try! But If you have a better idea or had a similar problem and fixed it please let me know! Please only answer if you have a pretty good idea because I cant afford to keep trying things!
 
to check the spark plugs take them out and see if there at all wet if they are u need to get new ones. its most likely the catalytic converter though and it wouldnt be the intake unless its dirty as crap. if your a girl like ur pic shows im sure any guy you know will check the spark plugs if you dont know how and theyll look at the intake.
