I have been writing a story (it is more of a novel) and I am stuck trying to figure out a good title for it. Please help! Here is kind of the summary.
A sixteen year old girl named Kenley Rossum moves to the town of Gaston, Oregon after living in the south all her life. It is the middle of the year, and only now does she make an opportunity to speak to people, even after being at the school for the first trimester.
She meets these amazing people, the Holt's, who show her a magical land, the land where they were brought up. The problem is that she isn't supposed to know about it. Kenley and Owen Holt are an inseparable couple until one day. The Holt's and Kenley go to the magical land and they tell her it is unsafe for her to be with them. So they leave with no explanation.
Soon though, she becomes friends with a boy at her school named Ethan. He supports her for weeks until he finally asks her out and he falls in love with her. She knows she shouldn't love him too, but she can't help herself. She is stuck between her true love (Owen) and her friend(Ethan). She loves both of them and doesn't know what to do. Owen is gone, but if he comes back, she will somehow have to choose between them. She has no idea what she will do. And adding to that, there is a royal family in the magical land who would kill her if they found out if she is human. (they will find out)
Thats all I have so far, and I'm not sure exactly how I am going to end it. Thats my style. I write as I go. And also I need a name for the magical place, but I don't want it to sound too magical.
