IMHO..All your symptoms point to a kidney stone...it is not an infection but it seems there is a stone caught in the ureter and when your body can't pass the stone all those symptoms you are having start to happen. Most people have excruciating pain with all this and it is good you are not (for that lower back side pain(aks flank pain) from a kidney stone ...some over the counter Ibuprofen might help that pain). Meanwhile while you wait to see the Urologist and if it is difficult or painful to pee you can buy over the counter AZO(aka pyridium) it will smooth out those muscles so you can pee better through that inflamation of your prostate...it will turn your urine a bright orange color. Anyway, let us know how your appt goes with the urologist.
