Please HELP: how do I get my N73 to work?!

ok, i installed the smartmovie 3.25 for N73 version,
then i start the program, but it just shows a black screen for a second and it goes back up to the original stand-by screen

i've tried to master reset the phone, then install it again, it's still the same, bl

what should I do to make it work?

please help me!!!

Try downloading a fresh copy of the program. or simply just use realplayer =P (i think its better, at least interface looks better)
