please help? how could i get instant savings on a sprint cellphone?

uh, i don't know if I've been with the same cellphone for 2 years. it says, i need to have a two year agreement to get instant savings on this phone, uh, could i just, delete that number, and make a new one, would i still get instant savings? or is theree, somethingg elsee. please helpp
