I have posted this question and Im not getting the right answers yet. I have a 1995 Ford Escort. The accessories aren't working properly. The heater and windsheild wipers start working after 10 mins of driving. The key also doesn't lock properly half the time and it some times gets stuck in Park. We have checked fuses and traced power from fuse box to motor for windsheild wipers and there is power...
